When working with any client the consultants at Icon believe that in order to provide the high level of service required we must genuinely understand the needs of our client.
Our Consultants do their homework and this is what delivers the best results. We will arrange meetings with key figures in the organisation and act as dedicated Account Managers to individual clients as we recognise not all departments within a business function the same or have the same “feel to them” and as a result can require different types of people with differing soft skills.

We also firmly believe in a comprehensive screening and interviewing process on all candidates before submission.
The formula of understanding both the client and the candidate end-to-end ensures a prolific, consistent and time efficient service that we pride ourselves on and our clients swear by.
